The Brazilian Top Team started the year very well. With our little warriors competing last weekend (january 25th and 26th) at the Austin Kids Winter International Open 2020 our team achieved the third place trophy. In the adult division we were in fourth place. There was no trophy, but we had great results.

“We didn't have many athletes this time compared to the other teams, but we had many champions and managed to reach fourth place, with only 10 points difference for the 3rd placed, who had almost twice as many athletes”, said Professor Diego Gamonal.

Special congratulations to the couple Tim and Kirsten, who took the double gold in the blue belt. Larry Carara went gold in master 1 at medium heavyweight and 3rd in the absolute black belt. Jesse Camou won gold in the brown belt middeweight division on master 1. And Chris Ardoin secured the double gold in the blue belt On master 2.
